Deidre Howard has over 20 years of professional dog grooming experience. She graduated from Pampered Paws Grooming Academy in Toronto and later moved to Vancouver, where she owned and operated several successful dog grooming businesses over 12 years.

In 2011, Deidre returned to Toronto to open Tailspin Dog Spa, bringing her expertise and passion for dog care to the local community.

She believes every dog is unique and deserves personalized attention, gentle care, and a grooming experience tailored to their individual needs.
